3 whinges - and 3 whinges only! Help needed..

Postby Jimmy9434 » Thu Dec 08, 2011 7:41 am

Hi Guys, new to this site (well was a member in the past - sold the car and lost all my details so re-reg). I have a 55 plate megane estate (1.6 dynamique) and:

The heater seems to be blowing when it likes - some times it works sometimes it doesnt. Any ideas what could cause it?
The reverse lights are out - i have changed them and they still dont work. help!?
I have recently had a service at a garage near me and the oil change light is still flashing. I know he has done the oil as there was a problem with the filter and now it is fixed. How can i reset the meter?

Regards
Jimmy

for the fan blower you should check the motor inside the blower, accessible under the dashboard, center part.

For the reverse light check if there is 12v on the lamp support. If it isnt you should check that switch that is present on the gear box. Not so unusual to fail.

cheers
