rattle and wheels

Can anyone tell me how to remove the panel that houses the interior lights on my 2007 cc to rectify an annoying rattle presumably coming from loose cables for the drop down roof. also i am contemplating the fitment of 18inch wheels as my 17inch alloys are bubbling and i think larger wheels would fill the wheel arches better. What do you think?

The clear part of the light will just pull off, easy peasy..
As for wheels, definatly 18" that's what I have, I'd you check my posts you will see some pictures.

William,
An alternative view at the idea of upgrading the wheels is that any aftermarket alloys may look chav(ish), the tyres will be much more expensive and the ride will suffer. Just refurbish your existing wheels and spend the saved money on something else.

Cheers for the replies folks. Still considering the wheel option. Where did you get the 18 inch rims. I presume you got the tyres locally.As for the question on the rattle what i should have made clearer was that i want to know how the complete panel the light sits in is removed.
