bad vibrations
My Megan has developed a vibration that only seems to be obvious above 50mph when I take my foot off the accelerator. As long as I keep the power on it's not noticeable, but as soon as I ease off accelerating the steering has a noticeable wobble, if you lighten your grip on the wheel you can see if shake from side to side, and if I'm in the car by myself you can see the vibration through the passenger seat. This isn’t noticeable when driving around town and the strange thing is, once you get around the 70mph mark, it seems to almost go. Any ideas?

Re: bad vibrations
sounds like you have quite alot of free play on a steering or suspension component.
at slow speeds it would not show up and at high speeds the wheels are kept under control by rotational force.
in between these speeds it will travel thou the car as the wheels basicly wobble around trying to centralise on there own.
jack up the front and try to rock the wheels with your hands at top and bottem of wheel and then at the sides. there should be no play at all from top to bottem and a slight movement from the sides is ok as long as it's not notching as movement thou the steering rack happens on side check.
failing that you could have a out or round wheel
