Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet
Thanks guys - will check all that out. Just need to sell off my old car so that I can dedicate more time to this one. I'm just doing things as and when at the moment. Just fitted power-fold mirrors but hi a problem. Will post separately about that though as I can't find an info on retro-fitting them

Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet
I took the glove box out today to check the connections to the UCH. All connections seemed to be present except for one grey plug (which was labelled as grey but vacant). What's a bit more worrying, however, is that the black plug connection next to where the grey should be had a few wires that had been tampered with. I say tampered, but they were probably tapped into by the previous owner - not sure why but all the tapped wires were green. I'm just trying to find out what the significance of this would be but is there a diagram shat show what the various connectors are for on the UCH?

Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet
the grey plug would be for keyless entry and start.
the green wires you mention, is that the color from the plug or is that the color wire that has been added.
if you could give me pin numbers from the plug that have been tampered with i'l find out

Re: Fuse Box Under The Bonnet
Thanks - I'll have a nother look in the morning, but it's the green wires from the black plug. How can I find out the pin number? Do I have to diconnect the plug and is it safe to that with the battery still connected? I ask, cos I've just messed up my electric windows
