alloy wheel flat spot

hi,
took the car fro a drive and noticed some steering wobble, checked the wheels and noticed on the inner rim of one of my wheels there is a flat spot, can this be repaired and can anyone recommend anywhere?

im thinking maybe just get the wheel balanced and put it on the back so its not noticeable??

I have a similar flat spot on one of my alloys after hitting a huge hole in the road at 130 KM/h several years ago. After having the wheel balanced with a lot of lead the wheel is fine - however the tire on this particular wheel wears at a slightly faster rate, whichever position the wheel is fitted on the car.
