Windows not working

Hi - I bought a used 2007 Mégane II from a Renault dealer just over a month ago. Today, my wife is out and she phones me to tell me that the drivers side windows is stuck halfway open...

The dealer gave me a 3 year warranty which they say is the same as the original Renault warranty (except for the mileage - 36000 instead of 60000).

Should the window electrics be covered under the warranty?

Took the car back to the dealer today, and after a little bit of arguing, got them to agree to cover the cost...

Can't see why it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Good to hear you stood your ground with the dealer.

there covered for car's under 7 years old or 100k as stated in a billion threads lol


But apparently only up to 75% of the cost according to Renault....
