well the electrical gremlins have started....

right couple of problems with my megane now electrical wise!

i did buy a warrenty for the car when i purchased it from car craft last year! or carshaft as they are better known (i wouldnt reccomend anyone buy a car from them seriosly over priced and warrently they sell you isnt worth the paper its printed on when you come to claim off it)

right anyway

passenger window suddenly decided to stop working was down at the time! had to leave it in the garae over night! anyway next morning i tried it and it did go back up!

but now is completely dead from both switches?

drivers side headlamp does not work side light and indicator work but nothing else (yes tried 2 new bulbs now and swapped them between the 2 and the bubls work fine on passenger side so its somthing todo wih headlamp its self

and now the latest thing to pack up is the fan heater!

it has now sarted working again on speeds 1,2,3 but nothing on speed 4!


so if anyone can give me a cheap fix to all of these? i know the heaters and windows are common problsm and i read what it is somwhere but i cant find it now! (typcle!)

going to get all these done then see about p/x ing for a volvo c30!

iv had french for 5 years now time for a change

iv priced up a window regulator today (assuming thats the problem?) and they want £100 for a second hand one with no warrenty onit! he said they wont warrenty them becuse they are such a common fault o go wrong at any time and this is why even second hand they are at a premuim price!

personally think hes talking shite and im not paying that for a second hand one or at least one with no warrenty onit or anything might aswell spend the extra n get brand new one and have some come back at least
