Hi My megane 1.9dci had the stop light flashing and the battery sign for a few days so I changed the battery, after i changed the battery the car started up fine but was showing injecter fault, Then immobiliser fault I swiched the engine off then it said stearing not locked. then It was left for 10-15 mins, Now when i try to start the car the immobiliser light stays on the engine fan comes on and i hear a clicking noise coming from the fuse box under the bonnet. the car doesnt even try to start. the key works fine to lock and unlock the car. put all the dash lights on like its trying to start but it doesnt, also the glowplug light doesnt light up, its been like this for 3days now, yestday I was checking all the wires I tryed to start it and the immobiliser light went out glow plugs light came on and it started, with no warning lights atall?, I swiched it off and its back to the same now?
The only thing I can think off is I had some trouble with my fuel pump and i had to take the fuel line off and i spilt some diesel in the engine, and it went on the altnater.. but that was a few days ago? Please people ne ideas? I need my car for work im self employed with no cash to take it to renault..... please all help is very welcome.
could it be the earth cable? were is this located? ne other ideas?
I did jump start the car in the morning when the battery was flat, but it drove ok after that and i changed the battery a few hours later and its when all my trouble started......
none starter..... please help.

UPDATE.....
I rung the RAC guy came and said looks like your ecu has been fried. and left. no help atall.
then a neighber came over and said your earth to the battery needs taking off and fixing better, so i did, it worked and the car started first time every time... I drove it then got injector fault, now the car wont start again it says injector fault and the car wont start... does the injector fault stop the car from starting? it doesnt even try to turn over... if i replace all 4 injectors how much roughly and do they need codeing to the car.

The message is usually "Check injection". Normally this has nothing to do with the injectors which do need coding if replaced.
I would go back over your initial repair, and check the battery earth again. Smear some petroleum jelly on the affected area to prevent further corrosion. Check where it meets the bodywork and also the condition of the battery itself. It may simply be old and flat.

Re: none starter..... please help.
injection fault message usually only shows when the engine is working. if its sttoped i suggest as davelowe said, pay attention to the wiring near the battery..
cheers
