the throttle valve is clean and opens and closes fine
i can't find any air leaks
the front o2 sensor voltage switches ok
rear sensor voltage is staic no fault there
map sensor voltage rises and falls as the pedel is pushed (engine running)

Just to add a reply, I had the exact same problem and it was the throttle body that needed cleaning. I know you have said it is clean but have you actually cleaned it as mine looked okay but had a thin film of grease on it which I wiped off. It made all the difference and that 2 minute job has changed the car totally and is so quiet I couldn't believe it.
