Heated Seat Fault - Meg CC 53 plate

Hi Everyone,
I have a 53 plate Megane CC with heated front seats. However only the drivers one gets warm.....I have checked the fuse and it is fine, when I flick either switch (to turn in either the drivers or passenger heated seat) the dash message says heated seat activated but still cold on just the passenger side.......
Any ideas where to look next ?
