Toxic Fume light

Hi

I have just got home and my Toxic Fume and service message has just come on but engine is running fine any ideas please

Possibly a coil pack on it's way out.

or cam sensor.
if your in the AA / RAC. they will come and read the codes from the computer to confirm whgat it is.
