Fold in wing mirrors ( electric )

ok so passanger one is fine!
Drivers one will fold in when it decides to work

any ideas why the driver side wing mirror wont fold when i turn them in ???

cold weather and frost has knackered the motor. same is happening on me.

mez - have got them and occasioanlly they stick after 7 years.

Never looked indside - but I'm sure the mechanism just gets detached and one side can stick. Solution has always been to try a couple of time with the switch and then pull them out manually

I Ahave a smashed Electric folding wing mirror on the drivers side . I cant afford Renaults fitting cost. Is this a relatively simple job to do ?

you flip the cover off on the inside of the car and undo the torque screws and the whole lot pulls off (fit in reverse order)
