Hi,
The other night I slid into a curb in the snow on the left front. I was going about 10mph and blew my left tyre and marked my alloy.
I have had a new tyre fitted, and tracking done. However, my car is drifting left when the steering wheel is straight.
I have two different make tyres on the front of my car could this cause it? Or could a buckled wheel?
When tracking was done underneath was checked and looked ok.
thanks
Kifty

Re: Car drifting left
Different type tyres can have different diameter. You are in a situation where one tyre is worn, and the other is new I suppose? This can make car turn.

Re: Car drifting left
You should always try and run the same make, model and condition of tyre on opposite sides of the car and, all around if possible. Get a second opinion on everything underneath after which I'd strongly suggest that you get a matching pair.
Tyre pressure has an impact too so make sure that both siades are the same pressure

Re: Car drifting left
Hello, as posted previously it is not a good idea to have different makes of tyre on a FWD vehicle. You could try putting the rears on the front and vice versa and see if the pulling is still there, hope this helps, regards Damian.
