Megane Stalls Itself

Hi there everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a really irritating problem I’ve been having.
I own a 2005 1.4 16v Megane, when I come to start it I press the button and the engine springs to life but straight away the revs die off and the engine stalls, the only way to stop it from doing this is to apply some revs to the engine,
However as you can imagine it is quite embarrassing to be revving your car in the middle of a car park.
I thought that the problem may lie with the spark plugs, so I went out and bought myself some Bosch ones, which I fitted yesterday afternoon, when I was done I went out in the car to work. When I pressed the start button and the engine started and held perfectly without me touching the accelerator, it started perfectly when I came home from work and I have to say the performance was much improved.
Today I went out to work, out shopping and then round a friends. The car started perfectly every time until I came to go home after visiting my friend, it has since then been doing exactly what it was before, starting then immediately stalling.
This problem is really getting on my nerves so any help would be fantastic,
