How To Remove Throttle Housing?

So its held on by 4 M10 bolts ... I can get to and remove the top 2 no problems..
The bottom left 1, how the smeg do you get a spanner or socket in there? ... is the a specialy skinny ass'd socket I need to buy? .... Think the previous owners already had a go as well as the bottom right one is rounding off when I try.
