Any help on this pls:
When operating switch to lower d/s window it goes down making
a scraping noise, gets so far then goes back up 2 inches. It will go
back up but doesnt seem fluent. I have looked at other threads and
not sure if it is regs or summat else??

I think I am having the same problem but on the passenger side. Scrapping noise and stuttering every inch or so. Anyone got any advice.

It is a mechanical fault. Remove the door panel and look inside.

hi there. i have a megane 11 54 plate. driver side window went 6 months ago. cost me £270 to fix. now its gone again and now been told its the door loom. would like to try d i y, but cant get door cover off. any ideas guys?
