I don't know if my problem is similar. However in the mornings and only sometimes - usually when its cold or wet. As soon as I drive and put the clutch down, it makes a like squeal sound but it stops after around a minute or so. Any ideas?

mine doesn't sound like a squeel you get when one of your belts is slipping it sounds similar to a turbo whistle , strange only happens first thing in the morning then fine for the rest of the day.

I'll second this, mine started doing it after the dephaser pulley was changed so I assume that a belt has been put on a little too tight. It doesn't appear to be doing any harm at the moment so I'll leave it as is till I next service it.

I put it down to the belt slightly expanding when the engine heat gets to it.
