Droning from rear of car, tyres or bearings??

Hi,
I get a drone while driving from, it seems, the rear of the car on my Megane 225, 48k miles with the factory fit 18" alloys.
This is at all speeds, no louder or quieter regardless of speed, its fitted with some cheap tyres by the looks of it, Marangoni Mythos??? loadsa tread tho.
How do I test if its a tyre problem or rear wheel bearings, tyres on the front are the same make so I can't swap 'em over as an easy elimination test.
Any ideas? I'll try anything as i'd not really noticed it too much til the wife poited it out.
Cheers
