Knocking noises at front of car

Hi everyone I have a Megane 1.9 dci (130) on a 56 plate, just recently have noticed that when I turn into my drive and slowly driver over a small piece of bumpy ground something sounds like it is knocking around the front wheels of the car, You cant notice it at speed just when moving slowly or when full lock is on. Also I have noticed slightly more vibrationn than im used to coming through the steering column to the wheel.

Any ideas appreciated.

I would check the strut bearing or the seating of the spring.
