Just a quick posting, I've now fixed my aircon / blowers, I stripped out the glovebox and plastics and got the multimeter out and thought i'm going to fix this if it takes me all night!!
All fuses and relays good, Followed all wires back to heater, Power right upto the actual heater unit, Thought in might actually be the fans! stripped it all out and found one of the terminal connectors in the actual plug that fits into the fan unit had broken, new connector and a bit of fiddling and now everything works as Renault intended.... Electric mirrors and fogs now working too..... Thanks to everyone who listed a possible remedy,
