Keycard stopped working

Hi can anyone please help me?!

Both my keycards have stopped locking/unlocking doors - they still start engine ok. Yes i have changed batteries and checked central locking fuse. How is it possible for both just to stop? Does it need reprogrammed or is there another fuse i need to look at?

my two card keys are the same.will start engine no problem,but will only sometimes lock and unlock car.message on dash syas to replace batteries .done this to no avail.

i didnt even get the battery message
