Fuel consumption getting worse... :-(

Hi all.
This has prob been asked b4 but i cant find the answer.

I have a DCi 1.9 130.
Had it a year.
55 plate with 46k
Managed to get 54 mpg out of it when we first got it.
45 mpg now.............

Just had it serviced but no improvement.

Is there something that would cause this ?

Prob a real dumb-ass question but im new to diesels so not too sure.

Has your driving changed? More town driving? Are the tyres the same, still at or above the rated pressures? What fuel do you use?

All the same mate.
Nothing has changed atall.
Thats why i cant suss it out.

Anything machanical ?????????
