Air Con/Climate Control!!!!!!

Hi,

I after some help with regards to my Air Con/Climate Control on my 54 plate Renault Megane 1.9DCI Grand Tour. I have just spent £80 at my local garage for it to be serviced but the guy has admitted he has not done it proper due to not being able to find the LOW PORT CONNECTION. He has told me he has searched all over and under the engine bay but can not see it. So my question is:-

Is there one? Mercs have only one but do Renaults too?
Where is it?

Any help or advice would be great and save me more money

They serviced my aircon at dealers at the same price half a year ago...

The system is different from old cars and requires special equipment.

He is a proper Air Con/Electric garage. He said he has serviced Renaults and always found it. But not on mine lol.

there's only one port and it's high pressure...
i had mine regasses at kwik fit earlier today while i waited... took 40-50 mins and it's acceptable now. colder than what it was but not super cold.

How can one trust a garage whose staff is looking for the aircon port as if they were mushroom hunting!
