03 Megane II expression 1.4 16v Rear Discs

hi, can anyone tell me how i could find out what sort of discs im likely to need on my rear wheels. ive heard theres a few different types with regards to the bearings and abs sensors but im not 100% sure. also what kind of price can i expect to pay to for these from a car parts shop, is it possible to buy just the discs and use the old bearing and sensor? providing i have that specific type on my car.
