Creaking rear suspension....

Hi guys i have a 2003 Megane 1.9DCI with 45k. I have had the car for a while and the rear suspension has started creaking. Strange thing is though it only creaks when i'm turning left and i think its the near side rear suspension that is creaking - but this means that suspension is not under compression but the opposite. When the car turns right its fine as is normal driving (including going over speed bumps etc). Very odd really i was hoping someone could maybe shed some light on the matter??

Somebody had creaking due to the plastic floor under the spare wheel moving. It is a long shot, I guess.
