Electric window controll

Electric window controll

Is the control panel for the electric windows normally warm/hot once the car has been running for 10 - 15 mins ?
Its more than a little concerning :?

Mine isn't .... doesn't sound good....
Megane Grandtour 1.9 dCi 120 PS, 01/2004, Polargrey, Confort Privilege (Partial leather, Alpine 9871RR, 16"-Alloys, 6-speed)

is this normal? Has anyone else noticed that there switches get warm?
