is there a "how to" on timing belt changes phoned the stealers they wanted...........£403 just to change the thing im going to do it my self just want a bit info :D

If its not its not under waranty then you can get it done for under £200 in a normal garage....

It is described in the repair manual pointed at in Links (I should stop replying to each topic with this phrase...). I have not tried it yet, but will possibly do next autumn.

The haynes manual gives is a 3 spanners difficulty (out of 5), so it's for the reasonably experienced home mechanic.
it does mention about having to make a bespoke locking tool to lock the cams whilst the belt is off.
I personally think it is one job best left to a garage.
