help required

my husbands renault megane scenic 2000ccturbo diesel mpv as developed a fault which he cant solve any help much appreciated,there is water coming in from some where but not sure where from,the floor panel under the drivers wheel is full of water i know its rained a lot but not had this problem before alln replys much thanked :

Use the search facility in the 'ownership problems' section and it should turn up several threads on water in the footwell. I think the main cause is a blocked drain hole on the scuttle (plastic bit at bottom of windscreen) but other people who have had this fault may be able to tell you the cure.
