How are pepole getting on with the 17" alloy wheels?
It has been quiet and I have seen a new megane sporttourer but it has 17 " alloys?
Should it put me off?

lol.... well this may shock you they were whanli tyres , kind of between buget tyres and middle priced....Although I still have a full set of toyo tyres , got at a good price but in the garage cant be bothered to change them , not really any need to either....

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.
Woody I would agree each and every car is set up the way the care makers THINK it will perform best or work better with the car, I didnt like the 17's myself so opted for the 18's they are the dog's...........you will get a diffrent ride with low profile tyres, albeit road noise and so on , but I prefer my 18's and I personally thing it is alot smoother and handles better, downside is WATCH OUT FOR THE POTHOLES
