Re: Injection Fault Stop light
Do a leak test to your injectors. The leak test doesnt require computers or cables, just a injectors leak test kit, it should be available even in small garages.
good luck

Re: Injection Fault Stop light
I had a very similar problem with my 1.4L petrol. For short trips the car would run fine but anything over 20-30min drive at motorway speeds, the engine would go into conservative mode and the Injection light would come onto the dashboard. The power of the car would decrease drastically and it wouldn't go anything over 80km/h even with my foot welded to the floor.
The problem was that one of the injection coils in the engine was gone but the diagnostics at the garage couldn't tell which one it was. In the end, I decided that it would be better to change the whole set of 4. Got the Valeo ones off Ebay, for not too much money considering how much they were asking at the garage.
But even after changing the coils, the car was still doing the same thing. The garage suggested that it could be the Cat box was gone and was looking for more money. I decided to bring it to the Renault dealership because it was getting a bit ridiculous. They did their thing and the problem was that the throttle body was full of crap from the blown injection coils. After cleaning it, which didn't cost an arm or a leg, the car is now running perfect again.
Hope this helps

Re: Injection Fault Stop light
If you're dealing with an injection fault stop light issue, it's crucial to address it promptly to avoid further complications with your vehicle. One effective way to manage cleanliness in your car's engine bay and related components is by using an alcohol surface sanitiser spray. This spray can help eliminate contaminants and residues that might contribute to faults or inefficiencies. By regularly cleaning surfaces with a high-quality sanitiser, you can maintain the optimal performance of your engine and potentially prevent future faults. For a smooth-running vehicle, make sure to include this step in your maintenance routine.
