hi
Blower sometimes works and then does not, thought I fixed it by clearing draining holes but still on some days it does not work.
Question is that is it worth buying new motor or will water still get into motor and ruin it ?

Re: Heater blower sometimes does not work
might not be the motor, a common issue is the resistor that controls the fan speed, mine would only work on sppeds 1 2 and 3 but not 4. luckily mine was just a bad connection but it seems often the wire gets burned. upgraded connectors and resistor kits are on ebay

Re: Heater blower sometimes does not work
Hi, sorry just seen this. We had the same prob,,blower not working at all. Found a guide on YouTube, and ended up contorted in passenger foot well. Removed blower fan, cleaned the contacts , reinstalled and it's worked since.
