can you verify the number just below the bar code usually 15 digits long....you only need the last 4 digits usually a letter and 3 numbers

Hi it still comes back as 3941 when you press 6 not sure if you need it pressed in for a few seconds rather the just a quick press....sorry cannot help more than this
