Headlight issue

Guys,

I've got a problem with my near side headlight. Side and main beam don't work but high beam does, all other lights work. Some forums suggest there are fuses for either side of the headlights 7.5A), and these are located in fuse box in engine bay, does this sound correct, if so how do I get to them, as once the lid is off there is a nest of wiring and plugs. Then what looks like a shelf and under this are the fuses but I don't seem to be able to detach the wiring above.

It's a 07 1.5 dci.
