Blank lock cover & fuel flap

Hi newbie here, just bought the wife a Magane 2 MY08, 1.5dci, she loves the car, couple of issues, the drivers door handle, the piece next to the handle as been broken, and I'm looking to replace, but how? The passenger door has the plastic cover that can be removed to access the key barrel, the drivers door seems to be part of the whole handle, any advice welcome. The second issue is the fuel flap is not locking, is this a common problem and is it the actuator likely to be at fault, if so how do I access it.
