Sunroof not opening on my megane dynamique 1.5 dcu

Hi guys and girls, new here, so I bought my car and the sun roof never worked, it's now nearly summer so would like to be able to use it. I get a clicking from the motor for the sunroof but it does not budge at all, I have manually opened it with the Allen key, this seemed rather stiff, is this normal?? I checked the runners and there fairly lubed up and nothing restricting them!! I have tried to do the reset by holding the button in for 5seconds or longer and the motor clicks but I am still unable to get it working by using the dial, but I can by manually winding it??? Any help would be much appreciated people.... Also my driver's window will only open and close a few inches at a time, I have tried again to reset this by holding the button up for 5 second whilst the window is completely up and down when it is completely down but no joy there either, it used to work fine. Any help much appreciated people, just seems a awful lot goes wrong with these cars..

I just posted this on the other thread. Try using one hand to press the button and at the same time apply pressure with the other hand to the front middle of the glass to lift it slightly. Best done when not moving!!
