Noise From Engine

Hi

I have a 2009 Megane coupe, about a year ago I started to get a noise from the engine area like a clicking noise lasting a few seconds. It could be heard when pulling away from junctions at low speed or approaching and turning into junctions. On advice that the dephaser pulley was a common part for failing on the 1.6 vvt engine I replaced the pulley and timing belt. The noise from start up has gone, but the noise when taking of from junctions is still there. Has anyone experienced this noise, and maybe guide me to what could be the cause.
