Megane 1.4 2005 how to reset engine management light

Hello Folks,
I had coil failure on my Megane 1.4 now fixed. The dreaded yellow engine management doom light is still on. Could anyone advise how to reset it. Car running ok now. Tks. Happy New Year to everyone..Charlie.

You should hopefully be able to do it using one of these or similar ELM327 devices. Or, you can definitely do it using a Can Clip.

Further on this~have tried disconnecting the battery for an hour but no success. Anyone had this problem? It has been suggested taking it back to the dealer but it costs £60+ just to turn the light off. Car runs perfectly. HELP.

Get ELM327 from ebay for a fiver. Sometimes and in some cars the light resets itself after a large start-stop cycles (don't quote me on this...).
