No idea what the hole is for in rear panel of megane cc

Hi I have just bought a 2007 megane cc 1.9dci privillage and I have 2 holes in the rear side panel just above the seatbelt slot
I have no idea what it's for plus I have just a hole each side should there be a rubber gromit or something there as I can see the foam inside from the side panel
I would like to buy the part that's missing but no idea what it is or what its called and can't see anything when I Google it
Any help will be much appreciated thanks.

These holes are for fixing the wind deflector

I have a wind reflector in the boot
I am shure there should be a rubber grommet or something to attatch it into though as as far as I could see on looking at pics of other meganes even though the picd were not very clear it looked like something was in the hole
