Ive used various code generators, all give the same code (which matches a handbook found later) but it doesn't work. Is it possible someone re-coded the radio with a different code? Is there any way to rescue this radio instead of buying a new one?

My pre code is U527 I hope someone can help me!

Same old problem, garage forgot to re-programme the code and I cannot find the original.

The bar code is 8200367490T

Is that enough info to generate a code??

That's bizarre, those are def the right numbers for the bar code. In a box to the right, it says M406 Security

The other numbers are as follows:

RNR: RD4050011867
REN RDW231-10
FD: 0305340011867

Does any of that make a difference?

Yep, that's it, many thanks.

Nice to get something fixed after spending the afternoon trying to mend some dodgy wiring on the hospital radio station that I help out on. We failed to fix it. Music service in the car now resumed, so all is not lost!!!

Just bought Megane 225 trophy and blew clutch day I bought it

Now fixed but service book doesn't have radio code.

My serial number is 8200367486T

Can anyone help get code no stereo is killing me

Tried a couple of these apps. They ask for a "pre-code" which is one letter and 3 digits.. Where would you find that?

It's an RS225, why would you want to listen to music when you can listen to that engine? :)
