Little issue

Good evening everybody I need some advice ......I purchased my Megane cc yesterday and love the car to bits having had jags for years it was a surprise to how much I like it,but I have a niggling issue.when the passenger door is opened and closed again the window pops out from the top leaving a gap,if I open the window shut the door and do up the window it stays flush also noticed when dropping the hood that window dosnt go down like the others do but comes up with the others when closing personally I can live with it like that but eventually I want the car right as everything else works and it's mint it still has the supplying dealers sticker in the back window.is it s cheap fix thanks in advance
