roof plastics

hi am about to replace the little runner bearings on my panny roof but need to remove the plastic trim that runs the full length of the roof,any ideas how this comes off?do I unclip it somehow or does it slid out?

I've changed the plastic bushes if that's what you mean - and didn't need to remove any of the plastic trim. If it's something else then apols I can't help, apart from checking my Haynes manual tonight.
