Change Oil Soon Warning

There are several other posts concerning re-setting this warning message, one states "Select the message & press the reset button on the tachometer for 10 sec+" another reads "select the message & press the reset button on the wiper stalk".

Neither of these solutions appears to have any effect on the warning message on my car. According to the service record, an oil change is not due for another 10k miles or 6 months. The oil level is ok & the oil looks clean on the dipstick. The service indicator light on the dash is not illuminated.

Are there any other suggestions please?
