Dash not working at all

Hi everyone,
Im new here and sadly my first post is one asking for help

I have an 53 plate Megane with a bit of a strange fault, The dash doesn't work at all, No spedo, No petrol gauge, No temp gauge and no ignition lights, I have tried all fuses and also tried changing the cluster but with no luck.

Is this a common thing or just something on mine?

Hope someone can help me to fix it then I can keep it and become a proper member of the community.

hi i had a simular problem a little while back, have you tried the flat fuse on the positive terminal of the battery? mine wouldnt do anything so i just bodged up 2 pieces of wire and put a 30 amp fuse with some connectors on (renault wanted about £10 for the proper fuse)
