renault megane 1.4 16v :(

Hi people
Hope someone could help I have cleaned the throttle body it was covered in black oil eveywhere I have noticed that the purge pipe that goes into the throttle body looks broken and plastic on pne side missing could this be a fault?? Or anyone got a pic what they should look like??
The other thing is the inlet manfold took it off the other day yo clean up before putting back and Haynes say to replace rubber seals where do u get them from and mine didnt have a gasket on ethier is this normal
