Passenger side window catching

Postby Andygilbert » Sat Jan 14, 2012 4:54 pm

Hi I'm new here just bought the car last week I have since noticed that the passenger door window catches the roof seal it only about the last 2cm's of the top corner and it's only a few mm out but it stops the window fitting correctly, and you have to push the glass in to make it sit right. I'v noticed with a lot of playing round with it if you put a pressure down on the door it closes fine so it really is only a little bit out. It's seems to me that either the roof is to low or the window is to high obviously is there any way of adjusting either of them.
Thanks :conf

If im understanding your problem correctly i suppose there is a way: the window is on the door, and to solve your problem usually (and ive seen it) the solution is to bend the door to make the window run freely inside the track until the top. the track may be bended because the door were bent to get access inside...
