trouble in time for service

hi there as of now i have had no trouble with my megane but now its due for service i am starting to recieve trouble,, my drivers door window is going down even when im pressing the button for it to go up the only way i can close it is by double tapping my lock button so they go up auttomatticly. can anybody give me a straight forward sollution to fixing this please ? and also could anybody give me a simple solution to stoping water coming into my door pockets please thank you .

Both problems are interrelated. Water is getting into the regulator or switch causing the problem with the windows.

You will almost certainly need to strip the interior door panel off. There are many posts on this. Do a search.

Check the drain hole in the bottom of the door.
