Hi all,
I seems to have a really annoying and persistent rattling noise coming from the internal roof lining not far from the internal roof light. Just a quiet rattle that drives me insane as i do long motorway miles. Does anyone know where it could be coming from and how i could repair it. If i push on the roof slightly while driving the noise seems to stop.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Rattling noise inside internal roof lining
could be the wing mirror attachment cover thing in the centre, i put a coin in between mine and the roof lining, stops the rattle... think it can be tightened, just ive never got round to doing it..

Re: Rattling noise inside internal roof lining
thanks i'll give it a go and see what happens. The rattling sounds like its coming from further away though but i'll let you know either way. Thanks again

Check that none of the roof lining clips have come loose.
Re: Rattling noise inside internal roof lining
The rattle seems to be coming from the passenger side, between the front and rear seats, somewhere between the front and rear windows. If i push up the lining the rattle stops, its driving me insane!!
Is it impossible to remove the lining?
Thanks guys
