My 1.9 dci passenger indicator stopped working I initially thought it was a bulb problem but after a ridiculous amount of time trying to remove it I found the bulb was okay it solved the problem for a day or so then it stopped again again bulb removed and replaced but stopped working again!
I am not sure what next! Any help gratefully received

Re: Megane indicator problem
Check rear light plugs & sockets on both sides. These can be corroded due to water ingress. I used a dry alchohol spray to clean off the green corrosion with a little wet & dry (1200 grade). This could be the cause.
Re: Megane indicator problem
Really sorry forgot to mention its the front indicator as I found out its very difficult to get too but not seen any obvious corrosion in there

Re: Megane indicator problem
I would still check the rear clusters as they maybe linked, water could be causing a short in the circuit.
