folding back seats down

folding back seats down

hi recently i tried to fold the back seats down in the back of my car and i can pull the bottom part up on the single section fine but the bottom for the twin seat will not fold down it lifts up about quarter of the way and jams :conf not sure why this is any help would be much appreciated thanks
