Are door parts from any mkii megane the same

Hi folks.
Im over in Ireland and as you can imagine I cannot find any second hand parts for my megane 225. I have found a mkii 3 door van in a breakers and I was just wondering are the parts the same as in ,regulators. door locks, switches etc. I cant see why they would be different as they are the same door.
